Refund & Return Policy

For customers located in the United States, return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving the item. Once your return request is approved, a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) will be issued to you. Please include this RA Number on the original order invoice when returning the item. This allows our returns team to accurately identify the returned product and process the corresponding refund efficiently.

For customers located in Canada, all sales are considered final. Refunds or replacements are only accepted in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was delivered. If you experience any of these issues, please contact our support team promptly so we can review and resolve the matter accordingly.
