Import Duties & Taxes Policy

At Luxplencia Fashion Inc, orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, GST/HST, provincial sales taxes, or other charges imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges or import fees, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping costs, customs penalties, or carrier fees incurred may be deducted from an eligible refund. Packages abandoned or destroyed by customs authorities may not qualify for reimbursement.
